Morgan Wallen’s ex-girlfriend, KT Smith, discovered a brand-new home for her dog, Legend, after the pooch attacked their 2-year-old son, Indigo.

After revealing her kid had actually been hurried to the ER over the weekend, the influencer required to her Instagram Story on Monday to provide fans an update on the scenario.

“We just dropped Legend off with the sweetest family where he will be living out his full potential and best life on a farm,” she composed. “I couldn’t have asked for a better family for him to be loved on by.”

Smith kept in mind that, like her, the family resides in East Tennessee, so she and Indigo “can visit [Legend] anytime we need to.”

“thank you guys again, for helping but for also crying with me and lifting me up,” she concluded.

Earlier that day, Smith assured her Instagram fans that the young child was going to be “OK” after the attack — however that he may have a little scar from the experience.

“Yesterday, he bit Indigo in the face, and [Indigo] had to have stitches, and we spent yesterday morning at the emergency room,” Smith said in her Story.

Smith picked to rehome the dog regardless of being informed to put him down.

She then explained that she embraced the rescue dog, a Great Pyrenees, in April 2022.

In truth, she said that she and Legend “kind of saved each other” at the time.

Despite being informed to put him down, Smith said she was weighing out all her alternatives.

The influencer, who dated Wallen from 2016 to 2019, says their kid, Indigo, is “OK.”

“What the world tells you to do, is to put the dog down because they are aggressive,” she explained, including that Legend “does not deserve that because he is wonderful and could do really great with a family who doesn’t have small children.”

She said the dog “is not aggressive toward adults at all,” however that “having a kid just really scared him in the home.”

Wallen, who dated Smith from 2016 to 2019, has yet to discuss the scenario.

Meanwhile, the nation crooner has yet to discuss the experience.

The nation crooner revealed Indigo’s arrival in July 2020, keeping in mind fathership made him a “changed man.”

“I’ll be the Dad you deserve as well as the co-parent your mother deserves,” the “Last Night” vocalist wrote on Instagram. “Since you were born, I know that every decision I make will be with you in mind.”

“I promise I’ll always protect you, and do my best to be an example of a good, godly man just like my daddy was for me.”
