A Michigan woman has been arrested after police say she brought about a visitors crash and deserted a puppy in a development dumpster whereas trying to flee authorities final week.
Farmington Hills Police Department issued a press release saying that Selena Maria Martin, 25, was arrested after driving on a suspended license, rushing, refusing to cease for police, after which crashing and fleeing her wrecked car on Nov. 8.
Martin has been previously convicted of fleeing and eluding police on two different events, most not too long ago on Aug. 5, 2021 and on Sept. 10, 2021, in accordance with data obtained by Fox 2 Detroit.

According to officers, as soon as Martin and a 14-year-old passenger have been taken into custody, Martin advised police they deserted a puppy in a development dumpster as a result of it was “slowing their escape.”

Police started a seek for the puppy and stated they have been in a position to efficiently recuperate the puppy safely and that it was unhurt.

According to officers, the puppy has since been adopted by a member of the group.

Officers added that nobody was injured within the car that was hit by the suspects.
