A dog attack in Miami left a female hospitalized and resulted in an officer opening fire on 2 dogs Friday early morning, authorities said.
Miami Police authorities said the occurrence started around 6:30 a.m. when a female reported that she was bitten by a vicious dog in the location of Northwest 3rd Court and 64th Street.
Officers reacted and were attempting to limit the dog when a 2nd dog charged at an officer.
The officer opened fire in the dogs’ instructions, authorities said.
Fire rescue reacted and were seen dealing with the lady in the back of an ambulance. Crews later on took the lady to a regional healthcare facility, where her specific condition and identity were unidentified.
Footage revealed several officers at the scene and the 2 dogs strolling totally free on the street. Blood was likewise seen splashed outside a home at the scene.
