A male fired a weapon at a dog on Monday in Manchester, New Hampshire, causing a standoff and 2 arrests, authorities said.
Both of the guys withstood arrest, according to authorities, and one deals with charges consisting of being a felon with a weapon, Manchester authorities said Tuesday.
The shooting was reported about 4 p.m. on Merrimack Street near Hall Street, authorities said. A witness recognized a male standing near a parked car on Merrimack Street as the shooter, however when officers increased to him, he headed into a building, overlooking the officers’ orders.
Police surrounded the building and informed individuals inside to come out. They said that Ayden Rainer, 29, didn’t work together and attempted to ignore the building, and was jailed on a charge of withstanding arrest.
Curtis Massey, 25, was discovered concealing on the 2nd flooring in an uninhabited apartment or condo, with a weapon close by. He deals with charges of being an armed profession wrongdoer, falsifying proof, being a felon with a harmful weapon and withstanding arrest.
