Ronald Lee Sedgeley, 48, of Lever Street, Heywood, Rochdale, is implicated of hunting a wild mammal with a dog at Langber Lane, Long Preston, on November 4 in 2015, which the hunting was not of a class excused by Schedule 1 of the Hunting Act 2004.
Sedgeley was initially noted to appear at the Skipton court on January 13, however stopped working to appear. On February 22, magistrates sitting at the Harrogate Justice Centre re-listed the case back to Skipton Magistrates Court on Friday, March 10. The case is brought by North Yorkshire Police.
