Scott Lannister, 34, is likewise implicated of raping a lady and a male who he obliged to use canine collars throughout a series of supposed occurrences.
Among other accusations, he is said to have actually suspended the girl by a rope around her neck from the ceiling of his flat in Stirling up until she lost consciousness, and sculpting initials into the back of the boy.
Lannister, referred to as “long term medically unemployed”, said he practiced “pup play” and BDSM.
He explained himself as “one of the biggest masters in the country” at the High Court in Stirling.
Lannister said “pup play” was “a more unusual and niche lifestyle element”.
He informed his counsel, Bert Kerrigan KC, “First and primary you have the dog side of it.
“A lot of people involved in pup play describe it as a quite freeing and enjoyable experience” which included “ball play, walks in the park, giving paws, playing with the kind of toys you’d play with as a dog” and likewise had a sexual aspect to it.”
He included: “They like to serve and please the individual that’s managing them at the time.
“I have a lot of love for my pets, but I try not to fall in love with them.”
Asked about the dog tags discovered in his home by authorities, Lannister responded: “A tag belongs to a wedding event ring or engagement ring in a relationship of a typical description.”
He rejects raping, attacking and abusing the lady, now 21, and the male, now 28, throughout 2019 and 2020.
Lannister informed Mr Kerrigan: “I enjoyed the process of dominating someone consensually. Just as a masochist enjoys receiving pain for pleasure, a sadist enjoys giving pain for pleasure.”
Referring to one whipping of the lady, he said: “When I asked her if she enjoyed ‘the stingy one’ and she said ‘maybe’, to me, the inflection in her voice – there was enjoyment there.”
