The fire in the 7000 block of York Road broke out around 9 a.m. on May 19, Parma Fire Public Information Officer Preston Bures mentioned.
Parma Medic 3 and a Middleburg Heights fire chief were the very first to show up on scene when the report of a caught victim can be found in, according to Bures.
