The charge connects to an event on Saturday, September 3, when Cheshire Police validated officers were contacted us to Birchwood Forest Park.
The caller reported that they and their dog had actually been assaulted by 3 dogs which were not on leads.
The victim was supposedly bitten on the left lower leg and went to A&E, where they were recommended medication.
