FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — A person was arrested after bringing a gun into Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge and demanding to present him his canine, police stated.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 33-year-old Antonio Oriolo of Sugar Notch arrived on the shelter on Sunday at 2 p.m., in search of his canine which was reportedly being saved there.
While on the premises, he reportedly confronted victims with a firearm in his pocket, partially exposing it whereas demanding his canine.
Troopers say he additionally offered a badge from the White Haven Police Department and an ID card from Wilkes University however was now not employed at both division.
Oriolo was arrested on prices of unlawful possession of a firearm, impersonating a public servant, trespassing and harassment.
He was arraigned on the fees and launched on $5,000 bail by Judge Matthew Christopher.
