SAN JOSE, Calif. – A person has been arrested in connection to a highway rage incident that left a canine needing emergency medical care, in keeping with the San Jose Police Department.
The suspect has been recognized as Armando Cano. The incident occurred on Nov. 11, when SJPD officers had been known as to a highway rage incident close to Capitol Expressway and Tully Road.
Police say two males had been in a suspect car after they “initiated” a highway rage incident with one other automobile. The victims had been a person and girl in a Hyundai with their two dogs.
Video of the incident reveals the primary two males exterior their car on the street. The two males seem like slamming into the Hyundai’s aspect doorways. Seconds later, a 3rd man, suspected to be Cano, will get out of a second car to strategy the Hyundai.
The man within the video could be seen leaping onto the rear windshield of the sufferer’s car, police stated. The windshield shattered, and glass received into one of many canine’s eyes; the canine later required emergency medical care.
Cano is taken into account the first suspect accountable for the smashed windshield and the canine’s accidents. He was arrested in San Jose on Nov. 22, and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail on costs of felony vandalism, battery and animal abuse.
