SAN JOSE — San Jose police arrested a person final week that they are saying was liable for shattering glass in a road-rage incident that led to “critical injuries” for a canine.
The incident occurred on Nov. 11, when two males initiated a street rage incident on the intersection of Capitol Expressway and Tully Road, based on authorities. As captured on videothey exited their automobile and seemed to be participating with the victims’ automobile when a 3rd man exited a unique automobile, jumped onto the victims’ automobile and smashed the rear windshield.
It was not clear Wednesday what, if something, had preceded the occasions seen within the video.
