Officials: Man accuse of beating puppy in New Jersey Mall car parking zone
Officials say a West Haverstraw man was seen beating a puppy in a mall car parking zone in Paramus, New Jersey.
Witnesses informed police they noticed the person punched, kicked, and throw the canine right into a automobile on the Garden State Plaza.
Officials say safety footage exhibits Joseph Caraccia abusing the 8-month-old Stormy on Oct. 3.
News 12 is informed that Caraccia isn’t the proprietor of Stormy. The rightful proprietor requested Caraccia to observe over the canine, which was then introduced again home later that evening.
Authorities say, Stormy’s proprietor didn’t know concerning the incident and was requested to get the canine evaluated by a vet.
Joseph Caraccia is now going through costs for animal abuse.
