GASTONIA, N.C. — A man and his 2 dogs passed away in a house fire in Gaston County Friday night, according to the Gaston County Fire Department.

It took place around 3:20 a.m. at a home on Davis Park Road. The man’s identity will not be launched up until his near relative is informed.
An individual who was driving by reported the fire and stopped. They blew their horn to attempt to wake anybody who was within, however nobody pertained to the door.
Multiple fire departments reacted to the fire and saw heavy fire coming through the roofing. The fire was inadvertently begun, according to authorities.
