Thanksgiving is a time most individuals spend with household and that was the case for pups on the Mahoning County Dog Pound.

Dog warden employees made turkey and carrots for the over 70 dogs within the building, mixing them in with their regular kibble.

Within 4 hours, employees and volunteers took the dogs out for some train earlier than treating them to a Thanksgiving dessert.

Staff members made selfmade pie crusts and stuffed them with canned pumpkin and whipped cream.
