A 2-year-old youngster was bitten by a canine at a home in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, Sunday, and flown to a hospital in Boston for therapy, police stated.
The toddler is predicted to outlive the obvious attack.
The incident was reported about 2:15 p.m. at a home on East Hill Road, police stated. The Wellfleet Fire Department introduced the kid to Cape Cod Gateway Airport in Barnstable, the place a medical helicopter flew them to a Boston hospital.
The incident, which remained below investigation by Wellfleet police as of Sunday afternoon, didn’t go away the kid with life-threatening accidents, officers stated. The canine concerned was a pit bull combine, and everybody concerned knew one another.
