A canine walker has warned of a giant lump of deadly palm oil which has been washed up by the ocean on a preferred Cornish seashore.

The walker stated he noticed the white block which ‘got here as much as my knees’ when he noticed it on Perranporth seashore, under the dunes previous Perran Sands Holiday Park.
