HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Animal shelter officers want your assist figuring out a lady who took a canine after it had been adopted by another person.
The incident occurred Tuesday on the Huntington Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter.
Shelter officers mentioned the lady volunteered to walk the canine and took off with out paying for it. The new proprietor was filling out paperwork to undertake it on the time.
The lady who’s needed has many tattoos, together with praying palms on her throat, a rosary on her leg, and a big flower on the facet of her neck.
She was driving a grey Honda Pilot.
