HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A Huntington Station girl was arrested Wednesday after Suffolk police mentioned she left her canine alone for a number of days in July, resulting in his loss of life.
A 911 name reported a useless canine in a crate lined in feces exterior of East Pulaski Road on July 20, police mentioned. Kiswanda Franklin, 33, left Bentley, her 3-pound Yorkshire Terrier-Maltese combine, in a crate between July 14 and July 20 in her condominium with out sufficient air flow, police mentioned. When Franklin returned, Bentley was useless, police mentioned.

Franklin was charged with animal cruelty after police detectives assigned to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Biological, Environmental and Animal Safety Team investigated the canine’s loss of life.
She was issued a desk look ticket and will probably be arraigned on a later date.
