North Yorkshire Police say a person was bitten by a canine on Mill Lane in Knaresborough at about 9.30pm on Saturday, August 26.
A police spokesman mentioned: “The canine’s proprietor had 4 or 5 dogs of various breeds, which have been black and light-weight colors.
“He was described as a person in his 50s sporting a plaid gray or white jacket.
“The man who was bitten was injured in the course of the incident.”
