Plans for a canine park have been permitted regardless of considerations about loud barking.
The website will embody 4.5 hectares (11 acres) in Kidmore End, between Goring and Henley in south Oxfordshire, with a most of 20 dogs at a time.
Nine councillors voted to approve the appliance, regardless of considerations expressed by Kidmore End Parish Council.
