People dwelling close to a home the place a grandmother died following a canine attack have been describing their “horrible shock”.

Essex Police stated it destroyed two dogs and arrested Ashley Warren on suspicion of harmful canine offences.

“I’d hate to have even seen what went on in [the house],” stated Dan Casey, who can be a long-serving impartial councillor for Jaywick on Tendring District Council.

“To assume she truly misplaced her life as effectively – that is the tragedy of all of it.”

Speaking to the BBC, considered one of her different daughters, Sonia Martin, claimed the pets that killed her mom have been an unregistered XL bully breed.

Lucy Shaw, 38, who lives in a property behind the deal with, stated she heard screaming for about 10 minutes.

“We went out into the backyard and it was all quiet after which we heard dogs barking, after which we heard somebody screaming,” she stated.

“We went again in after some time as a result of it sounded horrific.”
