“It’s exhausting to grasp”: Emaciated canine ‘tied to farm trough and left to freeze to demise’

A severely emaciated canine was dumped in a Cheshire area and froze to demise earlier this week, investigators have stated.

The canine was discovered lifeless on Tuesday (December 5), by a passerby, tied to a water trough on farmland, mendacity within the mud. Following an investigation, the RSPCA stated ‘all of the indicators’ pointed to the canine being intentionally dumped after which freezing to demise because the temperature plunged on Monday night time.
