A guy threatened to stab another dog walker after a battle in between their animals in an Ipswich park.

The occurrence occurred in Centuries Wood in Bobbits Lane at about 10.30 am on Friday, November 4.

According to Suffolk cops, the victim was strolling in Centuries Wood when a dog on a lead lunged at his own family pet, which was likewise on a lead, and hurt it.

When he asked the owner for his information, the guy swore at him and threatened to stab him.

The suspect is referred to as remaining in his mid to late 20s, of a slim develop and about 6ft high.

He was using a brown coat.

His dog was referred to as a tan-coloured pitbull-type.
