Hawick & Denholm councillor Clair Ramage has urged warning after “receiving very worrying emails from residents in regards to the detrimental impact it had on their lives”.
She mentioned one lady ended up in Borders General Hospital (BGH) after discovering a 20-week-old untrained puppy operating round a employees assembly on the primary day of time period.
