Join the Honors College as we have fun our furry buddies with popsicles, water and canine treats from 3-4 p.m. Thursday, April 25, within the Gearhart Courtyard. All on campus and in the neighborhood are invited to attend. Attendees planning to convey a canine should register to attend the event.

If you intend to convey your pup to campus, it’s essential to register prematurely of the occasion; submissions might be accepted on the day of the occasion ONLY when you have the right vaccination paperwork. Please be aware that you’re required to point out proof of present vaccination data on the time of registration, per college coverage. Only one canine per person, please. If you shouldn’t have a UARK e-mail handle to register, please e-mail [email protected]. Proud canine mother and father may enter their pups into the Best Trick and Best Costume contests to be held through the occasion.

“The Best in Show is a spotlight for the Honors College yearly,” mentioned Chelsea Hodge, director of grants and analysis innovation on the Honors College. “Come showcase your pup or take a break from learning for finals to pet some candy dogs.”

Proud canine mother and father can enter their pup for our photograph contest to win bragging rights and the title of “Cutest Pet” by filling out the registration kind. Voting will begin April 23, and particulars will be discovered on the Honors College Facebook and Instagram!
