A highschool scholar obtained a Humanitarian Award for saving an injured canine.
Yesterday, the Riverside Police Department acknowledged Brenen, a scholar at Stebbins Highschool, with a Humanitarian award, in response to a Facebook publish from Riverside PD.

Earlier this week, Brenen discovered a canine whereas he was driving to high school. When he realized the canine was injured and wanted remedy instantly, he took the injured canine to an area animal clinic.
The animal clinic couldn’t assist on the time since Brenen was not the proprietor of the canine. He then drove the canine to the Riverside Police Department to hunt assist.
“Due to Brenen’s persistence and our resources, the injured dog was able to get the care it needed and the owner was located. Great job Brenen!” The police division mentioned within the Facebook publish.
