Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday started a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) over the gruesome death of a five-year-old young boy who was whipped to death by roaming dogs in Hyderabad on Sunday.
The High Court blamed “carelessness” on part of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for the young boy’s death and asked the local body what actions are being required to reduce events of roaming dog attacks. The High Court revealed acknowledgements for the five-year-old’s death and guaranteed that it would check out the matter of payment for his family.

On Sunday, a pack of roaming dogs surrounded a five-year-old young boy, Pradeep, and whipped him to death. Visuals of the event were recorded by CCTVs set up in the car workshop substance in Amberpet region where the young boy’s dad worked as a guard.
