Haverhill lady, 8, whipped ‘like a rag doll’ by dog in Cambs canine training class

A schoolgirl suffered injuries after being bitten by a dog – in a canine training class. Annabell Rowdon, 8, was ‘whipped like a rag doll’ by an Anatolian Shepherd which assaulted her and pulled her to the ground.

The animal ripped the flesh from her left lower arm breaking both bones. It was managed by her horrified grandpa Steven Rowdon, 63, and a dog fitness instructor.




She was hurried to Addenbrooke’s Hospital where she went through 5 hours of surgical treatment for the damaged bones and 9 cuts. Her mum Sonia Rowdon, 34, has actually explained the attack as ‘inappropriate’.
