Tyler Jerdo pleaded guilty to ill-treatment of animals, ownership with intent to disperse meth, withstanding arrest and failure to pick up blue lights, WHNS reported. Jerdo was sentenced to 12 years– suspended to 4 years– in jail, followed by 3 years of probation.

” This occurrence not just distressed the bad animal he abused, however distressed the whole neighborhood of individuals who like and look after animals and needed to check out the stunning truths of this dreadful case,” lawyer Kevin Brackett informed WHNS. “Our animals supply us with a lot delight and friendship and anticipate so little in return. To have such a little and powerless animal dealt with so cruelly and callously defies the creativity. I am pleased that Judge Griffith enforced a sentence that not just speaks with the scary of this case, however works as a caution that the legal system will defend unprotected animals when they are mistreated.”
The dog endured the attack and recuperated from its injuries. The lawyer’s workplace informed WSPA that the puppy was embraced into a caring house.
