Police are searching for a driver who hit and critically damage a police canine in Groton, Massachusetts, on Wednesday afternoon.
The canine, a black lab named Bane, remained in critical however secure situation on Thursday, when police shared details about incident on Pleasant Street, close to Groton police headquarters.
