Darren Brown, aged 52, “lost his rag” outside a main school when he entered a row with another dog walker about his family pets being off their leads.

“What you did was you lost your rag. Others seen you being aggressive. You have a terrible record.”

He handed Brown an eight-month jail sentence, suspended for 15 months. Brown was likewise purchased to pay £100 in prosecution expenses and a £156 victim additional charge.
