A dog owner from Glasgow has actually been left ravaged after his dog was taken from him in the middle of the street.
Marco Sarao was walking his precious cocker spaniel, Doug, in Coulters Crescent at around 9pm on Wednesday night when 2 people jumped from a car and assaulted him.

Marco informed Glasgow Live: “I was out walking my dog when a car came round the corner.
“An irritated yelling female came out of it with a man. They were screaming about my dog so I got him.
“She came adding to me and attempted to pull the dog away. As she was plucking the dog he was in discomfort so I needed to let the dog go.
“While I attempted to get the dog back the man that was with her pinned me down on the flooring. They both leapt in the car and repelled.”

The dog owner said: “He’s my pride and delight.
