A girl has been hospitalised after a canine assault left her with chew wounds to her face, neck and arms. Merseyside police stated officers have been referred to as to a home on Orrets Meadow Road on the Woodchurch Estate, Birkenhead at 5.30pm on Saturday after receiving stories a lady, in her 50s, had been bitten.
