APEX, N.C. — Apex police say a person charged with homicide and animal cruelty after a taking pictures Tuesday knew his victims and was engaged in dialog with them earlier than he fired the deadly pictures.
Former U.S. Army Capt. Harry Hardman, 37, appeared in courtroom on Tuesday afternoon on these prices. He was appointed a capital defender, and he’s due in courtroom subsequent on Feb. 5.
