Footage reveals the minute law enforcement officer taser a man and shoot his dog after a tense stand-off in London.
Officers are revealed holding back a man who yells and pleads at them as he holds the 2 animals by a canal in Tower Hamlets.
The dogs bark throughout the conflict prior to one is shot dead by an officer.
Police then Taser the man as another officer attempts to get the other dog.
As citizens from surrounding flats see on from terraces, numerous yelling at the cops, an officer shoots the 2nd dog while coworkers apprehend the man.
The Met said the animals were “destroyed” due to the fact that they presented a “considerable risk to law enforcement officer”.
In one clip, a distressed witness can be heard yelling “why would you shoot the dog?”
The Met said the occurrence is being examined by its Directorate of Professional Standards.
In a declaration launched as video from different social networks users was published online, the Met said officers were contacted us to a female being assaulted by a dog at about 5pm on Sunday.
They were dispatched to Commercial Road “where the aggressive behaviour of 2 dogs was of significant issue and presented a substantial risk to them”.
“A man was apprehended in connection with the occurrence for having a dog precariously out of control and attack offenses,” the declaration went on.

“He has actually been taken into cops custody. A Taser was released by cops.
“No individual was required to medical facility. Both dogs were destroyed by cops at the scene.
“This is never ever a simple choice for any officer to take, however cops have a responsibility to act where required prior to any more injury is triggered.”
A lady who saw the shooting informed The Mirror: “It didn’t appear proportionate. It is beyond belief.
“It was so stunning. I didn’t understand it was an appropriate weapon up until the dogs were simply lying totally out on the ground. There was blood coming out of them.
“I’ve never ever seen anything like that. You become aware of these things occurring in America however not here. Whatever had actually taken place, it’s not a reason for it to end like that.
“Some of the other neighbours were yelling ‘it’s revolting’ and ‘we’re not in America’.”
