ORLANDO, Fla. – A Florida man has actually been founded guilty on charges associated with an arranged dog battling ring, following a five-day trial.
A jury discovered Noble Geathers guilty of 12 counts of principal to felony cruelty to animals, 9 counts of principal to animal battling, and one count of animal battling property promoting.
In February, Daytona Beach policeman were helped by Volusia County Animal Services in the taking of 42 dogs from an uninhabited lot and an adjacent residence on Reva Street.
