Florida authorities state they have actually located the driver who was captured on video recently dragging a dog behind a truck for almost half a mile.
Charlotte County Public Safety credited “incredibly sleuths” with assisting to find the vehicle and the driver, whose identity has actually not been launched. It was unclear if the driver has actually been apprehended since Monday.
