BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A hearth broke out at an house on the afternoon of Monday, November 13, and left a canine injured and at the least 5 folks displaced.
According to the St. George Fire Department, the fireplace occurred round 1:35 p.m. on O’Neal Lane close to South Harrells Ferry Road in Baton Rouge.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and instantly began battling the flames.
Crews realized that the entire folks contained in the building escaped with out accidents. However, emergency staff needed to pull a household canine to security and take motion to ensure the animal survived.
The hearth was introduced beneath management in about half-hour.
Firefighters mentioned the building had intensive injury, and the Red Cross needed to be referred to as to help the displaced residents.
The explanation for the fireplace remains to be beneath investigation.
