The FBI representative who shot and killed a female’s dog in Center City last month will not be dealing with any charges.

On Friday, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office validated Jacqueline Maguire would not be charged however did not state why.

Investigators state the off-duty representative was walking her dog near 16th and Spruce streets on Feb. 20 when 2 other leashed dogs strolled by and one assaulted.

Maguire then fatally shot the other dog called Mia, a 7-year-old pit bull.

The family says Mia passed away in her owner’s arms in a paddy wagon en route to an emergency situation center.

The FBI has not yet said if their examination into the occurrence is likewise closed.

The shooting caused demonstrations in Philadelphia.

“People just assume that pit bulls are aggressive, but in reality, they are very, very loving. Just give them a chance and obviously don’t shoot them dead,” said Mansi Bhagwate, the creator of Revolution Philadelphia, an animal rights group.

Maguire is the unique representative in charge of the FBI in Philadelphia.
