SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – A household in Southwest Miami-Dade is asking the general public to assist them deliver again their furry member of the family for a $3,000 reward.

It’s almost been two weeks since Michael Mestrayer’s canine was picked up by a stranger. All they’re asking is for his or her canine Milo to be introduced again home.

March 7 was the final time Mestayer noticed his canine.

7News acquired a replica of a neighbor’s surveillance digicam footage that captured a person getting out of an older Toyota corolla, walking throughout the entrance yard, grabbing the 11-year-old Miniature Schnauzer and placing him within the automotive.

“It hurts. Every time I think about it, it’s bad,” stated Mestayer.

Michael stated on that day, Milo slipped out the gate that was propped open by his landscapers. Once the person grabbed Milo, Mestayer stated he noticed the automotive drive away however didn’t understand what occurred.

“When I was there, there was a car there but he was inside the car already,” stated Mestayer. “I didn’t see him. After that, I saw the car in the video.”

Mestayer doesn’t imagine the person who took his canine has good intentions. He additionally stated that Milo’s collars have his home deal with, and telephone numbers on it, and Milo is microchipped.

“Looking for a house? No,” he stated.

Now, Mestayer is doing every thing he can to trace down his canine. He is posting flyers and is providing a $3,000 award to verify Milo is returned home protected and sound.

“He broke the family. Bring him back, man,” he stated. “I won’t have no problem with you, just bring him back.”

All Mestayer needs now’s for his 11-year-old pup to be returned home.
