Police need to communicate to this man in reference to the incident, which occurred in Fleming Park at 11.30am on Tuesday, 7 November.
According to police, the girl was approached by a person whereas she was walking her canine.
The unknown man then ‘shouted and swore at her’.

The incident has been labeled by police as a ‘racially aggravated public order incident’.
A spokesman added: “We imagine the person on this picture may help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anybody who is aware of his id, to get in contact with us.
“Also, when you have details about this incident, had been within the space on the time and witnessed it, or have any CCTV, cell phone, sprint cam or doorbell digicam footage which may assist our investigation, please contact us.”
