- The video reveals the male browsing for witnesses
- NSW law states that dog owners need to deal with dog poo
A dodgy dog walker has actually been captured on CCTV video footage pretending to get his dog’s poo from a homeowner’s front yard.
A furious house owner at Kareela in Sydney‘s Sutherland Shire launched the video of the male leaving the dog’s excrement on their front yard after pretending to select it up with a plastic bag.
The video footage reveals the male walking the dog on a lead through a peaceful cul-de-sac prior to stopping so the animal can address the call of nature.
The male is seen to rapidly glimpse around the street trying to find witnesses prior to he takes out a plastic poo bag from his pocket.
He then appears to have problem with opening the bag while his dog, made with its business, circles around the male prepared to continue its walk.
Shockingly, the male then crouches down and relatively pretends to get the dog poo from the yard, never ever touching the stack.
He then reverses and pretends to get another fictional stack from the course.
Believing he’d gotten away with the synthetic poo collection, the male even puts the unused doggie bag back in his pocket.
Under New South Wales’ Companion Animals Act 1998, those accountable for a dog should get and deal with their pooch’s excrement.
The offense brings a minimum $275 fine as much as an optimum of $880, depending upon the council location.
The act just makes an exception for the owners of support animals such as guide dogs.
