PIPs introduced the record-breaking litter with a Facebook post, writing, “Puppies, puppies and extra puppies!! Mama Meadow and her crew are doing nice.”

In one picture shared by PIPs, the new child puppies cuddle as much as and snooze on Meadow in a big pile, every tiny grey pup indistinguishable — save for his or her coloured collars.
