Dog trapped in transport container for eight days with out meals rescued after scratching

US Coast Guard (USCG) officers have been tasked with an surprising rescue once they found a dog trapped inside a transport container.

USCG officer Ryan McMahon and his crew have been going about their routine inspection of transport containers on the Port of Houston, Texas, on Wednesday morning once they heard barking and scratching noises emanating from one of many containers stacked about 25 ft excessive.




As suspicion grew, they used a crane to deliver the container all the way down to the bottom, and, to their shock, a candy and pleasant canine emerged, now affectionately named Connie the container canine.

Petty Officer 2nd Class McMahon recounted the touching expertise. He mentioned: “As quickly as we opened it, we might see the little canine’s face poking out. Further investigations by Coast Guard officers revealed that Connie had been trapped contained in the container for at the least eight days with out meals or water.
