PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The canine statue outdoors the Millvale Community Library has been vandalized.
In an Instagram submit on Tuesday, the Millvale Community Library mentioned the beloved statue was vandalized on Jan. 20 at round midnight. The submit mentioned a police report has been filed and the library has “some leads.”
Library officers are asking anybody with info to contact the Millvale Borough Police Department or discuss to Melissa on the Millvale Community Library.
“We are hoping the person(s) accountable do the best factor and switch themselves in,” the submit mentioned.
The canine statue, generally known as “Pages,” sits in entrance of the library proper subsequent to the entrance doorways. It depicts a canine balancing a stack of books on its brow.
