SOUTH BEND TOWNSHIP, Minn. — Authorities in southern Minnesota say a pet canine was fatally shot final weekend after the house owners obtained threatening notes.
The canine’s dying was reported to the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office simply earlier than 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Deputies responded to the 400 block of Neubert Lane in South Bend Township and located a canine shot to dying on the deck of a home.
A neighbor reported listening to two gunshots earlier than the canine was discovered useless.

The useless canine’s house owners and one other canine proprietor within the space instructed investigators they obtained threatening notes about their dogs barking about two weeks earlier than the killing.
