FREDERICK, Md. — A canine was shot and killed in Frederick County after operating off the proprietor’s property on November 3.
Just earlier than 6 p.m., officers from Frederick County Animal Control had been despatched to help the County’s Sheriff’s Office for the report of a canine taking pictures in Union Bridge.
It was reported that two dogs had been operating off the proprietor’s property and that one canine was killed on a neighbor’s property.
This was after the dogs allegedly behaved in an “aggressive and threatening” method.
Police say there have been no prison findings whereas on the scene and handed the investigation over to Animal Control.
The canine proprietor was issued a quotation for violating the county’s ordinance, because the dogs had been unrestrained, unaccompanied and off the proprietor’s property on the time of the taking pictures.
