A dog photographed roaming the rainy streets of Detroit bring a drab toy in her mouth has actually had a significant modification of luck.
The heartbreaking picture of the dog, now called Nikki, was posted on Facebook last week by Michigan not-for-profit Almost Home Animal Rescue League.
