SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) – A lady in Ohio was stuffed with pleasure and reduction after she reunited along with her long-lost canine at an adoption occasion.
The Clear the Clermont County Animal Shelter shared the heartwarming reunion on their Facebook pagecalling it an “absolute miracle.”
It had been practically 5 years since Hannah, whose final identify was not offered, had seen her canine, Will, after he wandered away from her home in October 2019. Despite quite a few efforts to seek out him, Hannah and her household feared the worst and began to lose hope that they’d ever see their beloved golden retriever once more.
But that spark of hope rekindled after the house owners noticed a photograph of a stray canine out of Clermont County.
On Friday, the shelter obtained a Facebook message from Hannah a few senior golden retriever they’d of their shelter named Rome. She defined to the organization that she believed this may very well be her canine, Will.
Rome was scheduled to be an adoptable canine at My Furry Valentine over the weekend, alongside a whole lot of different animals. A volunteer shortly messaged Hannah and her household again and instructed them Rome can be on the occasion they usually might meet him there, in keeping with the animal shelter.
On Saturday, Hannah confirmed up on the Sharonville Convention Center, hoping that Rome was truly her canine. And he was.
“Tears of joy flowed as Hannah rushed to the location where Rome was and as she rounded the corner, there he was,” the shelter stated. “Her faithful companion, Will.”
While Will had aged within the 5 years that he was lacking, going from a curious 6-year-old to a senior pup, the shelter stated his “spirit is as youthful as ever.”
The shelter stated the reunion was “nothing short of magical” and stated it was a testomony to the “unwavering loyalty and love that exists between humans and their four-legged friends.”
“The heartwarming story of Hannah and Will’s reunion serves as a reminder of the incredible impact that social media can have in bringing communities together, especially in times of need,” the shelter stated.
While some could name it luck and others could name it a miracle, Will and Hannah are simply pleased to be again collectively.
