The incident occurred on Nov. 9 at about 1:22 a.m. at a ranch-style residence on Teahen Street close to Cowell Street.
The Hamburg Township Public Security Division says when personnel arrived they discovered the house on hearth with flames coming by the roof. The one occupant of the house on the time, a 57-year-old lady, was sitting within the driveway and instructed them her canine was inside the house.
